Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the provider has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has

1. expressly agreed that the provider may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
2. confirmed knowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal by consenting to the start of performance (Section 356(5) BGB).

With Kurex, you provide this consent by activating the corresponding checkbox during checkout. Performance begins with:

• provision of the license key in your customer area, OR
• delivery of the license key by email, OR
• the first download or first activation of the software

� whichever occurs first.

Exclusion / Non-Existence of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g(2) No. 1 BGB).

As our software builds are generated individually based on the license key and the customer's hardware fingerprint, this exclusion may additionally apply in individual cases.

Voluntary Goodwill Policies

Beyond the statutory rules, we offer the following goodwill options:

5.1 72-Hour Pre-Activation Withdrawal

As long as you have not activated the license or downloaded the loader, you may withdraw free of charge within 72 hours of purchase by emailing Kurexaisupport13@proton.me. We verify status using server logs and refund the full amount.

5.2 14-Day Money-Back for Technical Defects

If the software demonstrably cannot run on your system for technical reasons and cannot be made to work even after support intervention, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase.

5.3 Cases Not Eligible for Goodwill

A refund is excluded in the following cases:

• account bans in the target game (you bear this risk in accordance with Terms Section 12)
• dissatisfaction with software performance despite technical functionality
• incorrect configuration by the user
• hardware defects or incompatibilities on the user's side
• changes to game mechanics or platform anti-cheat updates by the game provider
